This quote is straight to the point. For us to change our current emotions we simply have to change how we are moving our bodies.
Lets test this quote, Catch yourself when you feeling down. How are you holding your body? Are you stagnant? Hunch back? Lying around? Now simply get up and move your body however you like, maybe break out a dance move, spin in a circle, run to the other side of the room and back. How do you feel now? Do you still feel the same way?
