Everyone must have heard this quote at some point in their life and if not, well now you have. 😝 

This quote is quite simple that it is easily overlooked and forgotten. We all have something or another that we are not happy with but have we ever thought to ourselves if there was something we could do to change that?

One might have been disappointed with the customer service they received, instead of it ruining your day you could say to yourself, this is not how someone should be treat and provide to another exactly how you wished to been treated then.

Small changes can create big outcomes. Let’s all be the change we wish to see.
