Pet’s are great mood boosters, they provide us with unconditional love and great companionship. They are a source of our comfort and help to reduce stress and anxiety whenever we get lost in the moment.
Unlike us, pets know how to live in the present moment, which is something we can learn from them. We get caught up in our minds, thinking about something in the past or something which could happen in the future, that we forget to experience what is happening around us at this very moment.
Whenever you are in need of a mood booster, look for your furry friend. Give them a cuddle, a kiss, take a walk to your nearest park and play a little game. If you don’t have a pet, I bet your friends won’t mind you spending sometime with theirs.
